Bowers & Wilkins has expanded its long-running collaboration with McLaren with the launch of the Px8 S2 McLaren Edition, a new high-end wireless headphone that blends upgraded audio hardware with styling cues taken directly from McLaren Automotive and the McLaren Formula 1 Team.
Arriving as the third headphone in the brands’ partnership, the Px8 S2 McLaren Edition builds on the Px8 S2 platform with both performance improvements and a specially motorsport-inspired design elements. The new model is available globally for order, priced at £729 / €829 / $899.

The Px8 S2 McLaren Edition introduces a refreshed acoustic architecture headlined by upgraded bespoke 40 mm Carbon Cone drive units. These drivers feature redesigned chassis, suspension, magnet systems, and voice coils to deliver greater accuracy, improved stereo imaging, and richer detail across the frequency range.
The headphone also incorporates Bowers & Wilkins’ latest advanced noise-cancellation technology, designed to suppress unwanted ambient noise without affecting musical clarity, an area the brand is known for in its premium audio products.
McLaren Papaya Accents To Stand Out
Visually, the Px8 S2 McLaren Edition pays homage to McLaren’s motorsport heritage. The headphone features an Anthracite Grey finish accented with McLaren’s signature Papaya orange colours. A subtle Speedmark motifs on the headband and earcups completes the dashing look of the Px8 S2.
