Mercedes-Benz G-Class Edition STRONGER THAN THE 1980s
Mercedes-Benz has unveiled a limited-edition version of its most iconic SUV, the G-Wagon. The new G-Class Edition pays homage to the legendary 1980s 280 GE, drawing design inspiration from one of the most revered models in the brand’s history. Dubbed with the slogan “Stronger Than The 1980s,” this special edition G-Class integrates exclusive design elements, equipment, and colour schemes that echo the spirit of its predecessor. Highlights include classic colours like Agave Green Solid and Colorado Beige, complemented by yellow turn signal indicators that complete the unmistakable 1980s aesthetic.
To round off the vintage appearance, the vehicle’s front fascia, radiator grille, bumpers, flared wheel arches, and exterior mirror housings are finished in Night Black Magno, capturing the rugged, no-nonsense character of the original 280 GE while seamlessly blending it with the modern G-Class presence.
The Mercedes-Benz G-Class Edition “STRONGER THAN THE 1980s” is now available to order, starting at approximately $190,000 USD.
